Join us for breakfast at BCG Geneva and get an authentic look into consulting, starting the day with open conversations, croissants, and a hands-on matcha workshop and tasting!

The morning will kick off with an introduction to BCG, followed by interactive learning roundtables designed to give you real insights into careers at BCG. In small-group discussions with BCGers, you’ll explore our culture, how we collaborate in teams, and what shapes the day-to-day experience at BCG. Hear first-hand how projects unfold, how we invest in your growth from day one, and how we combine strategic thinking with innovation to create meaningful impact for our clients. Our recruiting team will also walk you through the application and interview process and answer your questions in an interactive Q&A.

Mid-morning, we’ll switch gears with a guided matcha workshop and tasting. From whisk to sip, you’ll experience matcha hands-on and learn about its origins and the essentials of its preparation. The morning will conclude with casual networking in a relaxed and energizing atmosphere – an opportunity to continue conversations with BCGers and fellow students, exchange perspectives, and connect in an informal setting.
