At BCG UNFOLD, you’ll spend three days discovering how your unique background – whether in science, law, engineering, humanities, or beyond – can open the door to a career in consulting.

Through engaging skills trainings, collaborative workshops, and inspiring conversations, you’ll see how the expertise you’ve built so far can grow in new directions. With the guidance of BCG coaches, you’ll learn to approach challenges, test ideas, and develop solutions in a supportive environment that fosters both creativity and confidence.

You’ll connect with BCG consultants who once stood where you are now – students from diverse academic paths who have turned their skills into meaningful, impactful careers. Their stories will offer valuable insights into how consulting can become your own journey of growth and transformation. The program also features a group activity that promises fun and collaboration – so stay curious for what awaits!

We welcome students from non-business backgrounds who are in their Bachelor’s (5th semester onwards), are already enrolled in a Master’s program, or have recently graduated from a non-business field and gained up to 1-2 years of work experience.
