Step into the world of consulting and contribute to one of Switzerland’s most vibrant and meaningful events: the Zurich Pride Festival & Demonstration.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll work in teams on a real-life case study, exploring bold ideas, strengthening partnerships, and shaping strategies that can help amplify the sustainability and impact of Zurich Pride 2026. This is your chance to combine creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration to drive meaningful change with and within the LGBTQ+ community.

Throughout the session, you’ll be guided by experienced BCG coaches who will support your group work, share insights on inclusive leadership, and provide feedback to sharpen your problem-solving skills. You’ll also get the opportunity to connect with the Pride@BCG community, learn more about BCG and our opportunities, and continue the conversation over an apéro in a relaxed atmosphere.

We invite all students enrolled at a Swiss university from the 3rd semester onward (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD). The event is open to LGBTQ+ students and allies from all academic backgrounds who want to combine learning with impact. Apply by November 6, 2025 with your CV and transcripts!
