What is it?

The Monitor Challenge is a strategy case competition by Monitor Deloitte Switzerland, open to Master’s and PhD graduating in 2026 as well as to recent graduates (within 18 months of graduation) residing in Switzerland.

Apply individually, and if selected, you’ll be assigned to a team to solve a real-world business case. The competition takes place on May 13, 2026, in Zurich.

How to apply?
🎓Open to Master’s and PhD students graduating in 2026, as well as recent graduates (within 18 months of graduation), based in Switzerland
🤝 Apply individually – teams will be formed later
📄Submit your CV (evaluated on education, experience, activities, etc.)
✉️ Selected students receive an invitation
✉️ Students who are not invited to the assessment will be notified via email. Please don’t be discouraged: lack of invitation should not deter you from applying to other opportunities within Deloitte!

📢 Selection notifications: issued on a rolling basis, but no later than 6 May 2026 (23:59 CET)
